General questions:

What’s included in our subscription pack?

Our Monthly beer pack comes in 2 options, both 16 cans. The mates pack will have 2 x 8 beers to take you on your journey.

 

Our wine subscriptions come in 3 sizes. 3 bottle, 6 bottle and 9 bottle. These can vary from just reds, just whites or mixed boxes.

Do you have payment options?

Yes. To help you better manage your finances we do offer a Pay by the Week or Month option.

 

Payments per month are as follows:

 

Pay by the Month subscription charges are made on the 1st of each month. Should a payment be unsuccessful due to insufficient funds available you will be notified by email. Up to 4 subsequent attempts will be made every 3 days from the 15th. Should your card be lost, stolen or has expired please contact us with updated details.

 

Our weekly payment option will occur each Monday of the week.

Is there a minimum Subscription length?

We have 3, 6, 9 & 12 month subscriptions available. We also have ongoing monthly buys available with no commitment . Each subscription has payment options from weekly & monthly. Opt in/out whenever.

Can I buy subscriptions as a gift or purchase Gift Cards?

Absolutely! Simply place the recipients address in the delivery details at the checkout. Also, you can download a gift card to either print or send yourself to the lucky person.

Can I choose the products that go into the subscription boxes?

Our monthly subscription packs are hand selected by our passionate team. We don’t take these lightly. We work hard with all our suppliers and taste lots of product so we deliver fantastic juice at competitive prices.

If I love a beer or wine in the subscription pack can I purchase these in larger quantities?

Of course. All our products can be purchased as add ons in your next months subscription so long as they are available. An email to orders@theliquorbox.com.au with your requested additions is encouraged.

Can I update my banking details and payment options for my subscriptions?

You can login here and update your payment details by clicking on Manage Subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. If you have selected a set subscription time frame (3, 6, 9 or 12 months) and have paid upfront and need to cancel it for any reason you can do so. We will refund the remaining months left as soon as possible.

Delivery questions:

When are monthly subscription packs delivered?

Our Subscription orders are taken year round and leave our warehouse 15th each month.

 

For monthly subscriptions you will receive your first selection the month after you join, e.g. if you purchase in March, your first delivery will be the April selection. If you pay for the month upfront on the site before the 1st of the month you will receive your box from the 15th of that month.

 

For Liquor Box subscriptions given as a gift you can download a printable personalised e-Card with your order confirmation which can be given to the recipient letting them know they are now part of the Liquor Box subscription (Craft Kings or The Wine Drop).

How much is delivery?

We don’t charge any delivery fee? It’s all inclusive.

Who delivers our Liquor boxes?

Liquor Box uses Australia Post to deliver its packages using the Australia Post E-Parcel system, as well as other partner courier companies from time to time. We also have staff delivering personally to their area’s on a monthly basis. All our boxes are wrapped in plain brown paper with fragile warning stickers on them.

Who can sign for the delivery?

Due to the nature of the contents, an adult (18+) is required to sign for the package. To ensure this legal requirement is met, the person responsible for the delivery of the alcohol may ask to see some form of identification. Business addresses are our preferred delivery options to ensure someone is there to accept the parcel.

Can I add delivery instructions to my order?

Yes. When placing your order you can indicate any specific delivery instructions you may have in the comments box. Our deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours unless both parties agree to other times.

What happens if I’m not there to receive my delivery?

We recommend using a business address where possible as packages are delivered during business hours. If a signature is not received on the day of delivery the package can be collected from your local Post Office or collection point- you will have 14 days to then collect the parcel.

 

If your subscription pack is not collected from Australia Post it will be returned to Liquor box headquarters and we will contact you to arrange either re-delivery or to pick-up from our store. Please note a re-delivery fee will be charged.

 

Alternatively, you can provide authority for the package to be left. To do so please enter any specific delivery instructions e.g. leave on back porch if no one home, during the checkout process. Please note this authority to leave is done at the risk of the purchaser.

Who to contact if I have any issues ordering, subscription or with my delivery?

Can I put my subscription on hold?

No worries. You can place your subscription on hold at any stage. If you run into trouble please contact us and we can assist you.

Can I purchase more than one subscription at a time?

Absolutely, we do however require that each subscription is processed separately so that each has its own identification and possible delivery address.
